- Architected a multi-tenant society management SaaS for Admin, Committee, Engineer, Watchman and Resident roles, with role-based authorization via Firebase Custom Claims and Firestore Security Rules.
- Designed a scalable feature-based architecture with Expo Router, Zustand and TanStack Query, shipping 70+ screens on a reusable typed design system.
- Built real-time complaint management with SLA tracking, meeting scheduling, status timelines, escalation and resident feedback.
- Implemented visitor management with QR/OTP verification, gate approvals, delivery tracking and SOS emergency alerts.
- Built maintenance billing and subscription management with analytics dashboards over Firestore aggregation; the Razorpay payment flow is designed but not yet implemented.
- Delivered offline-first sync using Firestore persistence, real-time listeners and optimistic UI updates, with Cloud Functions for notifications and audit logging.
Work in progress: Payment related features are pending to implement — Razorpay checkout, payment webhooks, receipts and refund handling are still in progress. Everything else listed below is working in the current build.

- View maintenance invoices and dues (online payment pending)

- Household members, vehicles and one-tap SOS alert
